Students learn how to work with chocolate whilst making their very own unique creations, eg. bars, truffles, dipped fruits, soft-center chocolates, etc).
Choosing from Organic, Sustainable & Ethically Sourced chocolate (milk, white & dark), along with 30 different ingredients with which to decorate.
An opportunity to become familiar with the process of packaging design via a hands-on activity in which students learn to design and assemble their very own chocolate box with which to package the chocolates they have just made in the chocolate factory. Unique chocolates in a uniquely designed box!
